Positive Reviews

A few key features come to mind when I speak of Gaila Mercado, but her passion and commitment are at the top of that list. I had the pleasure of working with Gaila as an Interactive UX designer on Accenture’s Digital Design team. As her manager, I was inspired by her passion for design and to learn new things while aiding the other team members on design deliverables and prototypes for the Dept of Education. As someone who has had firsthand experience working with her, any company or employer would be lucky to have Gaila as a teammate and colleague.

I worked with Gaila at Accenture Federal Service in 2021. Gaila was brought to the project to as a designer in the middle of the design phase of a massive project with multiple features running in parallel. Gaila was extremely helpful in the process. She works closely with my team to pick up the functional knowledge of the web product and started deploying design outputs for client presentations. Her design works received positive reviews in many demo sessions with our clients. I really enjoyed working with Gaila. She is responsive, capable, and easy to work with.
